Our Theatre Company
Unusual Crowd Theatre Company is a non-profit Community theatre collective supporting professionally trained actors back into the industry after a gap in their careers.
We are dedicated to producing unique and innovative theatrical performances. Our passion for storytelling and stagecraft drives us to create thought-provoking and memorable experiences for our audience. We strive to push artistic boundaries and showcase the extraordinary talent within the theatre community.
Our Offerings
Theatre
Perfomances
We are dedicated to supporting professionally trained actors who may be facing a gap in their careers get back into stage work. We plan to do this by running professionally staged performances, helping them earn essential hours towards their equity cards and keep their passion for the craft alive.
Workshops
Our workshops provide a platform for actors to delve into specific aspects of performance, from character development to improvisation and beyond. Run by professional actors, pro bono, it gives out of work actors a chance to continue to expand their acting repertoire and broaden their artistic horizons.
Acting Classes
We are planning to introduce ad-hoc acting classes later in the year. We want to provide a supportive environment for professionally trained actors to hone their skills and stay sharp during dry spells.
